dia.12 mm, 60 microns thick, No electrodes - up to 10 pcs at $180/pc

15x15 mm, 100 microns thick, electrodes Cr+Au both sides - 2 pcs at $390/pc

Z- cut means that  optic axis  or Z-axis or C-axis  is perpendicular to the plane of wafer.
