Thin Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) Single Crystals

The picture above shows LiTaO₃ thin crystals prepared for shipment.

Two pieces of 18 mm x 18 mm x 0.075 mm Z-cut LiTaO3 crystals are packed between two glass plates.
Large surfaces of those crystals are polished and metallized with a coating of Ni-Cr, about 1 micron thick.
 

Most crystals are manufactured according to the customer specifications. However, based on regular requests we have now substantial amount of various crystals in stock. The following files contain information about different crystals available in stock.
